Extremely dislike...

Extremely dislike this store (Erin Mills location) the staff is unfriendly and the management team and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. Had to return an item and they would not take it back despite the product being unused (had a speck of green on it) - positive it came from staff handling upon opening the box and tampering with the items, when I was packaging the item it wasn't there. Also they didn't have to create a scene, people were in line and the manager was literally yelling at me while I was trying to reason with her. Horribly managed, will never visit again and I hope no one else does either. Maybe you should treat your customers with respect, will report this incident to someone above their so called "manager ". HQ should hire someone fit for the job not some intern who has zero respect or etiquette.
