La Femme Spa & Laser Centre

Amazing spa, came here a few days ago and the owner was so helpful! Rekha and her staff are very warm, kind, and welcoming. It was my first treatment ever and she made me feel comfortable that my nerves were calmed instantly! While getting treatment it was not painful like I had imagined it would be!! The prices are reasonable (as I have checked around the area for other prices as well to compare-which are expensive!) Amazing place, amazing decor, and amazing people. Thank You Rekha!!

Went visited this "spa" as it was near to my new home. Horrible service. Staff is extremely rude and won't help you if your not of Indian decent! Don't bother wasting your time or hard earned money in this place ladies.

Overall small services like manicure and eyebrow threading seem OK, but the waxing services are a tad over priced for the quality of the waxing. Furthermore you are consistently bombarded with them insisting that you buy a laser hair removal package from them. I'm sorry, but if I say no like 15 times it probably means I want nothing to do with your laser hair removal services. And as an after thought, if one would like a customer to return to a service oriented business, they should take care to provide not only a high quality experience, but also a high quality outcome. I came in for a full leg and Brazilian wax. Not only did I have to inspect my own Brazilian after the fact, but I had to call the esthetician in again to redo some sections as there were fully obvious patches left. I'm not talking one or two hairs that one might miss with bad eye sight. I'm talking full sections that she obviously assumed I would not be craning my neck to see. As I had to call her in again I already felt awkward about the whole scenario so I just settled, paid, and left. But upon coming home and inspecting my legs I find tonnes of hair still on my legs!!! I'm talking like almost a full centimeter length wise, and patches all around. Also i think that she specifically did a slack job on the back of my upper legs because she figured that i couldnt see up there anyway. I depend on my legs and butt being hair free and i notice when its not because i lifeguard and spend thr majority of my time in a bathing suit in public. Just disappointed to see that i might as well go through the hassle of buying my own wax strips and rewaxing my own legs after a so called professional had a go at it. I get it, my legs are hairy and its hard to get every single hair, but don't tell me that negates the requirement of providing the full service you claim to be selling. Price wise it all came to 110. If you don't mind patchy hair on your legs and upper areas, the service is mediocre at best.
