This doctor has a behaviour and personality issues, if you live far from her clinic and cannot always make appointments to see her, but opt to have your urgent care at a walk-in clinic, this sole issue will make her very upset, she will become very confrontational and her standard of care will become extremely poor, I know she cannot be trusted any more, not even for a much needed prescription refill, she will take the whole day to authorize your drug store to release your prescription, and when

Dr Mankarious is an excellent GP. She is very caring and understanding and a great practitioner. My entire family are being looked after by her. We are most fortunate in having Dr Mankarious as our GP.

Poor Clinic Administration and Service

The doctor M is your average doctor, at times sympathetic and knowledgeable, sometimes not. The biggest issue at this clinic is the office assistant. She will never act in a timely manner, will not call back with test results and will not send specialist referral requests in time. She will prioritize Egyptian patients disregarding the walk-in first come first served policy. I'm not sure if the doctor is aware of this or not since they've been working together for years, but if she does SHAME !
