I purchased a gasket that came in a package which was two pieces of cardboard with the gasket sandwiched in between and thin clear plastic on the outside you could not see the gasket at all I opened it turns out it was the wrong gasket. I went to return it the next day and the manager of the store said he will not except it because the package is open I tried to explain to him that you cannot see the gasket but he would not listen. I left the storeBefore I hurt this guy.$ 70.00 lighter

Very Rude Salesperson

The one woman that I've see working behind the desk here is so rude! I saw her be condescending, short and rude with the customer ahead of me. My treatment was no different. Today and multiple times in the past. This woman should not be in a customer service position. She is a liability to this otherwise great PartSource location.
