Most embarrassing situation I've been trying to rent a car. They wouldn't accept my credit card's insurance because it was not North American, and when I told them this should be stated before I booked, the manager started arguing with me that they do inform it. He tried to show me on the website and looks like they didn't notify other companies (like Car Rental, Kayak) of their new terms. This info was not on the e-mail I received as well. Took me more than 1h to convince them to let me go.
