Spot Free Car Wash Heartland Town Centre

The hose mount i.e 'the boom' attached to the ceiling fell on the roof of my car resulting in a large dent. Contacted owner, owners son picked up whom then hung up on me. I recalled and he stated the owner (his father..Paul) was not available and to leave a message on voicemail.. It has been a week and still no contact has been made after repeated calls and emails. Will not be giving this company my business again just for lack of integrity and accountability.

No recommending that care wash to anyone, you will find laying carless people. They replaced my rubber foot mats with other car and I lost them forever. These business is very amateur, not business people, every one telling you different charge for same service, less than basic hand wash for more than double in same professional business anywhere else. Please do not go to them if you are looking to clean your car.

this place is great i used the credit card machine which is great cause i never have cash on me. the bays are clean and there is usually someone their to help you if you dont understand how to use the system. i will be returning.
