Nasty Manager

Been going there for two years until I asked why the discrepency in price and menu from other restaurants in this chain. The manager told me if I didn't like it to get out. BIG SHOUTING MATCH. Nasty manager. Poor atitude. If you go there your day is coming. Customers not valued. What a horrible experience.

I've visited this location of Sunset Grill several times and have always received great service and delicious food. It gets pretty busy on weekends, so your best bet is to get there around 10 am if you need fast service. The servers never rush you and coffee refills are frequent. I would recommend this place for a casual, family breakfast.

How difficult can it be to make a good breakfast? (This review might not be super detailed because I added this restaurant many months ago and just saw that it was posted now.) The prices are reasonable, but the actual food is bland - mediocre, at best. The home fries were pretty bad, not hot, or crispy. The eggs were...well, eggs, as was the toast. What stood out was that the coffee was TERRIBLE. Any place that claims to be a breakfast place should at least have decent, if not great coffee! This is a minimum requirement. The waitress didn't help the mediocre food as she looked as though she hadn't slept for days! She was pretty out-of-it. My reviews particularly harsh because I just expected more!
