Toronto Appliance Service was recommended by a friend, so I decided to call them. The customer service person on the phone had a service man come out to my house the very next day. He had come in between the 11-1 time frame they said he would come in. I was surprised he came right after 11 and diagnosed the problems relatively quickly. They had repaired the two units in under $400 and within 1 week. Could not be happier with the service

In a nutshell, I paid them about $500 to fix a washing machine. The repairman said he tested it and it worked fine, so I paid. The same day, and the first time I used the washing machine, the washing machine filled with water shut off. I couldn't even remove my clothes. No remedy whatsoever was offered to me -- other than paying about twice as much to fix it again.

Once again Toronto Appliance Service came through with a repair with flying colours! I called them and explained the problem. The repairman came on time worked quickly, efficiently (had the necessary part in the truck) and cleaned up. Also the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Toronto Appliance Service.
