Extremely poor customer service. I would rather drive across the city or pay more money than deal with this company again.

Poor customer service - don't waste your time

Poor customer service. Their sales person treated me second rate because my job was smaller than other customers. The result was a two week wait for service as a returning customer for a quick job. The owner was quick to return my call to discuss but lost all interest as soon as he realized that I was willing to pay for the job that had been done. I do not recommend this company. Choose one of the many others in ottawa that will treat you well - they all use the same subcontractor anyways.
