Terrible Customer Service!!!

Terrible customer service!!! Was referred to All Star Moving from a friend, attempted to book an appointment and was told that they were very busy and would have to call back on Thursday to have someone come by to give us a quote. Contacted them on Thursday expecting to have someone available, only to have them book an appointment for the following Monday. Monday arrives and they call to cancel the appointment. After expressing dissatisfaction, they told us we have to book with them a month in advance, regardless of having our moving date available, and three weeks worth of notice. Save your time and your money. Try another moving company, which is professional and capable of keeping an appointment.
