Assured Auto Newmarket

The only reason I write this is ti give fair warning, I initially thought these guys were great. Until I had to use them a second time. Then it ended up costing me $100s of dollars, 5 months of my life. Trying to get a misdiagnosed problem covered by my insurance, They are on the side of the insurance company, no yours.

Unprofessional, terrible workmanship. Would call to tell me my car was ready and I would get there and it wouldnt be. The parts they used to replace my car rusted out within a year. Didnt bother bringing it back because I do not trust them to do a good job

If I could give a 0 I would. Run. I arrive to find my keys were locked in my car. First they tried to get them out with their then sent for a tow truck. When that didn't work they called for another. After looking at my car I realized there was damage to the roof. Which they later said they were not responsible for. Even though the car was in their possession and had to be transported from their location to Brampton and back because there was no room at their shop. Run!

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff and repairs were done in a timely manner. Very Satisfied with the overall experience.

Worst repair shop...

Worst repair shop ever. The customer service is unprofessional and rude. They don't really care about your vehicle and treating you right as long as they get a pay cheque from the insurance company. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They need to treat people with respect and take good care of the vehicles. I brought my vehicle for cosmetic repair and they returned back to me with an internal problem. They didn't not take responsibility. I will actually tell friends and family how bad
