Niagara Falls: Horrible people/company. I've had a space with the previous owner for more than a decade & since Apple bought them out, I have had nothing but random increases and aggressively applied late fees. It's always "It's corporate, not me" knowing full well that my particular location is not run by corporate but, rather is franchised by an independent owner who could have some people skills. Give your business to your local "Mom & Pop" storage facility and put these money grubbers out.
