    very rude when we first moved rural called taylor's When I handed the driver the money he grabbed it from my hand and grunted something Was so glad when true-blue opened

    Customer service is awful, always rude and unhelpful. Pulled in our driveway once to find one of their drivers urinating right beside our house. Flooded my sisters house, TWICE, due to driver mistake, and were extremely rude and unapologetic. The driver even swore at her when she came out yelling he was flooding her house. We gave them far too many chances, they will never have business from our family and friends ever again.
