Metro Bathurst & Sheppard

only 1 cashier during the day on a Friday, so forced to use self serve and if you have a lot of items there is no room to put them down after scanning...terrible experience and only to get home and find out a box of crescents stale as was the bread. Had this before. Had already thrown out the box the crescents came in, so made returning difficult, but terrible. No frills Bathurst and Wilson always have fresh bread, etc. Metro out of stock, steaks cut weird, and look horrible.

I went three days in a row to this Metro at Sheppard Plaza to buy eggs. I was disgusted by the display of cracked eggs which were not removed. Although staff appeared busy no one tried to restock the item.

Often dirty, lousy produce. Two stars only due to its proximity to my home. But I would NEVER do a full shop here. Only use it for emergency needs from the shelves. Don;t trust the produce or deli/prepared food sections.

Today I went to Metro to do my groceries shopping as usual!! I have been shopping here since it used to be Dominion:)! I always have appreciated their fresh meat,vegetables and fruits! But today I got some lamb and unfortunately I had to throw it in the garbage,even though it says on the label that the package will expire in 4 days,when I open it ,itsmelled really bad! The only reason I m writing this review it's to rise awareness to the store manager , this food we ,the clients put in our body!
