This building needs development. It is not a safe place, the elevators are not working properly, the back doors of the building are not locked. some workers are rude and disrespectful. careless landlord = careless residents. helpful landlord = happy and satisfied residents. when you see the residents doing the opposite of what they should do, then know that you are not meeting their needs.. We are paying more than what this building deserves. the landlord should visit and hear from us. thanks.
