Secure Self Storage

I had my items stored in the North York facility and my locker was broken into. My boxes were smashed, my items were crushed, broken and thrown around and stolen. I was told by the Manager that this is happening now. After one year of paying for $200 a month for this unit just to have my items vandalized, and stolen! Please do your research and find a more secure storage facility that has proper and real 24 hour surveillance to keep your items safe. I do not recommend this place.

FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THIS PLACE IS RUN BY CLOWNS!! I slipped and twisted my ankle in their loading area as they didn't have the proper non slip coating on both loading areas (only had it on one side of the building) I broke my brand new Samsung Note 4 in the process as Remedy their customer service rep gave me some credit due to my injury and the loss of my phone.. About a month later after I moved out they decided to hit up my credit card up for additional fees?? (or they reversed the credit?

Greedy money grab...

Greedy money grabbing company. Does not inform you of increase in prices and then tells you to leave if you are not happy. Knowing I'm working overseas and can't do much, they take full advantage of it. Rude customer service and doesn't care about their customers.
