First off you can't even get a hold of anyone, just a busy tone - what kind of professional business doesn't have multiple lines let alone voicemail?! Based on that factor alone don't waste your time. I tried 4 different days multiple different times and their lines were still "busy". I called another location to see if this one had closed - no such luck.

It was close to impossible to schedule an appointment with this GAM X-Ray branch - they did not pick up the phone and DID NOT return my messages. On the day of the appointment I could not find the office as plazas in their region DO NOT have street numbers and I did not have my GPS. I tried to call GAM for help, but they DO NOT pick up phones. I came 15 minutes late, 5 min in line, and they did not take me. Perhaps I was saved from the same bad service of technicians as of their receptionist.
