This car was delivered to the customer certified and e-tested 5 business days after the sale agreement. The delivery date was later than initially thought due to unexpected work that needed to be done for the vehicle certification. However, the customer was kept up to date on the situation and was also offered to borrow one of our cars to minimize any inconvenience. This offer was declined. We appreciate our customers and do our best to deliver our vehicles safely and efficiently. We also value open and honest communication with our customers so they have full knowledge of the vehicle and their purchase. In this case, we did not hear back from the customer after the car was delivered and were unaware of his viewpoints until we came across the review, which is unfortunate. Going forward, we are continuing to do our best to meet the needs of our customers, to grow and improve as a business, and to provide our customers with good used vehicles, and excellent customer service.
