Samsung Warranty repair: after a referral from Samsung, it was very difficult to get any information/updates from Hank's. after a week of trying to get updates,they texted 20mins before arriving.The tech diagnosed the issue to be something else which was not under warranty and quoted $282 for diagnoses & aprox $800 repair.this after i already and a pro service tech already diagnosed the issue to be the compressor. Hank's will charge you for other things not broken on your appliance. BeCareful!
