ABSOLUTELY DISCRIMINATORY TO PERSONS WITH SERVICE DOGS! TRIED TO FULLY DENY ME ENTRY, HARASSED ME, INSULTED ME, EMBARRASSED ME, BELITTLED ME, BERATED ME, CALLED ME A LIAR, SAID I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE BECAUSE MY SERVICE DOG MIGHT MAKE AN EMPLOYEE SCREAM, OR SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE AN ALLERGY, SAID CUSTOMERS DON'T LIKE DOGS, THE LAW SAYS THEY DON'T HAVE TO LET ME IN. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. SUCH HORRENDOUS TREATMENT. EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON THE DISCRIMINATION ACT OF CANADA PLEASE!
From the moment we entered we should of walked out the sneer from the girl behind the bar was when we should of left the caesars that we ordered were like water then the food came cold rice over cooked ask to speak to manager good luck not there then ignored by other staff complete waste of time Never Again
My Husband and I recently moved to Oshawa and after reading the reviews for this restaurant we thought we would give it a try and we're glad we did! The food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was nice. The service is average for a sushi restaurant, which means they aren’t incredibly attentive but that was to be expected. The sushi rolls are delicious and we will definitely be returning.
Even if you are not into sushi, it is worth a trip to Kakemono!
My boyfriend LOVES sushi and although I don't mind it, it is not my favourite meal in the world. However, I love Teriyaki and the Teriyaki dishes on Kakemono's all you can eat menu are wonderful. The prices are reasonable when compared to the price you may for most all-you-can-eat places and the food was great. We will be going back in the near future!
This restaurant is fantastic! Great decor, awesome staff and excellent food. We go there for sushis and we always had a wonderful time. It gets quite noisy though, which would be the only negative point.
No 1 place in the region, No arguement. Been to Japan this place has the food closest to what I experienced there. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect.
No complaints. This place or Tokushima for me.
