Exceptional customer service from Will. He went above and beyond. Very friendly and polite. The baseline location in Ottawa is lucky to have him!

Exceptional, provided by Kyle, Lorenzo and folks at Mr. Lube on Baseline. Not only they removed the skid plate that were locked by a rusted screw Kyle was informative. He showed me the cause and explained how to avoid a recurrence. He advised me on the engine oil replacement frequency for my Honda CRV that was my original intention once the stuck skid plate was removed. Thank you Kyle, you were honest to let me know I didn't have to replace the engine yet until later.

Have always had kind, courteous service at this location. Kyle who helped me that day recognized my vehicle needed a specific type of oil which they did not have in stock. Told me to keep my warranty safe they’d have to ensure it was the correct oil. I was told they would locate the type of oil and let me know. They called me back that day to let me know they would have the oil later that day. I really appreciated the transparency and the follow up. Thank you for exceptional service!

I went there with an appointment for an oil change and summer wheel swap....they couldn’t do either that day. I sorted out the wheels situation but still needed an oil change. They told me the first time I went that they didn’t have the correct oil filter so I went out and purchased one from Canadian tire. When I went back they told me they aren’t aloud to use customer purchased parts. Pretty useless garage for anything not OEM but I figured they could at least do an oil change. Poorly organized

Horrible people, horrible service. I would try other locations!!!

I waited from 6:30 am - 8:00 am and was 3rd in line. When it was my turn they let two or three other people in before me and did not explain why. I complained when they did so and so the manager got mad at me. He continued to let others before me and finally after 3 hours told me I would not be serviced because I honked!!! Will never ever step foot on Mr lube at baseline or any other location.

VERY VERY Slow service. Bring a book, you know a longer one like War & Peace
