Agressive, dishonest, rude & condescending customer service

The employee was condescending and defensive to me when I asked questions about the work. When I returned to get my watches, the employee lied to me in regards to the price. Too shy to negotiate the price, I asked politely a question about the billing and I got yelled at by the employee and accused of being unhappy about the service. The conversation tone got out of control between two members of the staff yelling at me and a third one yelling at them. Obviously, I will never go back.

Went to a reputable jeweler in downtown Ottawa with two Rolex watches that I found in my dad stuff. The gentleman looked at them under a magnifying glass and told me that they were both fakes. Being a person that likes to have a second opinion I went to 436 Bank Street to the watch Clinic spoke to the lady there they opened up both watches and found it one was fake, but the other was in 1950s genuine Rolex Oyster. I went in to get a new watch strap two weeks ago. I was sold one for nearly $40. I left the next day on an overseas trip and the strap fell apart the day after my arrival. I emailed the store advising them of this and so on my return I went to the store to ask for a replacement. I was refused and told to go see a cobbler who could perhaps stitch the strap.
