Dr.Visram is excellent but good luck on ever getting a call back after they cancel your appointment

My Dr. is great and they used to have this darling secretary that would help you out when it was really needed. Now they have new staff and I feel like I am calling a cell phone company. They are rude, disinterested and above all extremely unhelpful. And for that reason I had conclude my business with them.

Dr Visram is a wonderful Doctor whom I feel very grateful to have for an endocrinologist. Having gone through losing my thyroid because of cancer she is always very on top of labs and keeping patients regulated with adjusting meds as needed and for me this has been helpful, she very much brought my level of anxiety down after having more recent tests that indicate some areas need to be monitored, I feel lucky to have a doctor so passionate about her patients in her care. Her office staff is A+

Was referd for urgent tests before kidney and brain surgery. My referral was for tropical parasites. My friend in Dominican contact blood flukes , I had been sick since visiting her . The doctor at this clinic told me to discard medical waste in a public washroom as they didn't have a biohazard disposal. In these samples we're stool , blood , urine . This was before having any test results back as it was my first appointment. They didn't book a follow up and refused to give me test results.

Dr. Visram is a useless doctor who will waste months of your time to tell you nothing. Ask for a referral to a different specialist before you die waiting for answers.

Left a message to reschedule an existing appointment. Tried numerous times to reach them over the following weeks. Their phones don't take messages while the entire office is on vacation over the holidays or when the office is closed. Left another message. After not hearing anything back for three weeks, I called again and got an answer. The office manager was rude, condescending, and unapologetic. It's a shame that this is who is representing the doctors.

I had an appointment made a year ago and they never advised me they had changed their location.
