Took vehicle in for dead battery - ended up replacing alternator among others for a hefty fee, and released car back to me with same battery. Battery was dead again within 12 hours and they offer to bring it back in for a new appointment and battery replacement (after I already overheard them pricing out new batteries for my vehicle over the phone when I was leaving after having picked it up). To top it off, there was a recall on my alternator and battery they neglected to tell me about or look

Brought my truck ...

Brought my truck for alignment. On the first test drive it was pulling to the right worse than before. They reversed the alignment adjustment (caster) a very novice mistake. I ended up aligning it myself and now truck drives straight as an arrow.
