The service department needs to be better train in customer relations. I am certain Chrysler Canada would be appalled with the level of customer service being offered at there dealership.
Asked them to put my winter grill cover on since i have a Diesel pick up, I wasn’t familiar with putting it on for the first time.
When I got home I realized they put the cover on but they didn’t bother cleaning the salt and the dirt off. Who puts any type of bra or cover directly on paint without wiping it down first. Not too impressed.
The worst service department I have ever dealt with in 25+ years of owning vehicles. If I was able to give them a zero stars I would definitely do that!
I have a "temperamental" 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland diesel which I really should think about painting lemon yellow but I digress. The surly, snotty attitude of the people who greet you when you bring your vehicle in sets the mood for what is sure to be a painful and agonizing experience. Trying to get warranty work done is like pulling teeth
