We booked a time and day to have our living room carpet cleaned and they never showed up. After leaving numerous phone messages and emails to them we still received no response or explanation whatsoever. Terribly disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone.
Spots came out, carpets look fresh and clean. Fibers are all standing up and the carpet looks brand new. I will use them again.
I would describe this company as 5 out of 5 stars, Excellent! Woke up to a crazy flood in my basement this morning on Good friday. Kawartha Maxpro Carpet Care was here within an hour to save the day. Thank you and have a great weekend!
WOW, Thanks! I really can't believe how great the carpets and upholstery came up. Stunned, I didn't even know the carpets where beige, been here for 3 years never had the carpets cleaned. I always though they were brown, turns out they are a nice beige color, Shocker! Wow. I will be doing it every year from now on, Whole house smells amazing and fresh. Thanks for the services I will call you next winter.

Had a 3000$ 25 year old Persian wool rug cleaned by them, The carpet came out spotless and it looks brand new. Didn't think it would come out that great. I will recommend them to my friends.

Worse company ever!!! He destroyed my very expensive carpet and now they won't even compensate me for the damage. if i can give this company 0 stars i would. i don't recommend this company to anyone very rude and not professional! you can find someone much more professional and cheaper!

We are a little confused by your review because since being in business, We have never received any complaints, calls or emails regarding damages, EVER! This is either a mistake and meant for a different company or a blatant attempt to slander our company with lies. Since being in business, We have never had to pay for repairs, file an insurance claim, and never had to go to small claim court to defend ourselves against damage claims. Since we are a legal business, you would have legal recourse.
I hired this company today to clean my sectional sofa. I found them online and read the reviews. Wow did they ever deliver. I am impressed. So impressed that I went out of my way to rave about them on this review. Lol I think people that read this review should try them out. They really do good work.
Had a really good experience with them. Really recommend using. They did a great job and the price was very affordable.

I read the reviews online. I thought I would try them out since the reviews were very positive. Kawartha Maxpro Carpet Care came and did a really super job. My carpets and furniture have never been so clean. I tried a bunch of other companies in town here, but no one has ever come close to the results that they got. I am very pleased and happy with them and I will use them again in the future.
Really good work! Had my living room set cleaned for 100$. Couch,lazy boy, and a love seat. Can't believe how good it came out!
We had 2 wool rugs cleaned, They did a really great job.
We had an appointment with them yesterday. My dog was sick and got diarrhea all over my brand new 1 month old living room set. It was all over the couches, chairs, and rugs. It was terrible. Kawartha Maxpro made it look and smell like it never happened. I will get them to do my parents house.
We had our boat and cottage done. Boat had worms and fish guts all in the carpet from fishing last summer. It was all crusty and nasty. It smelled awful. They cleaned it up and got it all out. It looks and smells fantastic. They also did a great job on our old cottage furniture. Price was very fair. Service was really good. We will use them again. Thanks again :)
My light beige 10 x 12 wool carpet was a total disaster after a year of puppy training. At the best of times it's a magnet for dirt, but with all the puppy accidents, I thought it might be a hopeless case. I found Max Pro online, liked the reviews, and called. The owner came himself and did an amazing job. He really worked hard and pretty much turned it into a new carpet. He suggested I have him clean an old couch and I agreed. Well, it's still an old couch, but it's no longer stained! Bravo!
Wow! Blown away at the results every time. When it looks like the old rugs need to be thrown in the dump, They bring them back from the dead and make them look new again, and have saved me 100's of $ in the process. I own a variety of rental properties and I am totally and completely impressed at the results every time. They surpass all expectations. Never had a bad experience with them. I get my carpets cleaned every year. These guys always get all the stains out. The cleaners that i use to use could never get all the stains out. Kawartha Maxpro Carpet care are the only people that got everything out and made my rugs look new again, Rate Service 5*****, Price 5*****.
I would recommend them to anyone. Never have I seen my carpets so clean. Best carpet and furniture cleaners i've ever used.
