Exceptional service. Even when faced with a difficult repair on a non-Nissan vehicle, they have persevered to fix the problem. Both the service and sales staff on our new SUV inspired confidence in our choice. Their dealership was the main reason we chose a new Nissan vehicle, and not another brand. A really positive experience, and we love our new Qashqai SV AWD!
Great service team and friendly staff
I have owned three Nissan cars, two Altimas and a Sentra. The service I have received is above and beyond. Such as arriving shortly before closing with low tire pressure in one tire. I was quickly taken in, nail in the tire, it was fixed and I was on my way in minutes. Service greets me by name, if I have a question it is answered quickly with an explanation if needed as an equal and not in a condescending manner being female. The best part is getting the car washed after service.
Mark and Julie were amazing! Also the parts and service department gave excellent service as well.
Excellent service friendly efficient knowledgeable staff
I was impressed right from the get go. I was just having a lube oil and filter done. Every person I encountered seemed to really enjoy their job. Each customer that came in was treated with great care. Great customer service! They even washed my car! I noticed when I got home they gave me protective covers for my plates!

I would of gave it zero but it would not let me. I'm going to make this as short as possible without ranting but there's lots I would have to say.. 1. first off left my truck over night and I was broken into with lots stolen, they guy was never caught. 2.Burned parts off my truck and told me I had to cover it, even this it wasn't the part they were supposed to work on. 3. Put wrong oil in when I specifically said full synthetic! It's not rocket science guys!! 4. Witnessed workplace horrasememnt.
From our experience, it's hard to get a straight answer from the service department. They installed software to update our transmission, without our permission, then we had to have the transmission completely replaced because of this, and now a day after picking up the car we have new issues that they won't explain to us. They just say don't worry, it's covered under warranty. Told we'd have the car today, now it will be another 4 days. This will be our last time dealing with Trans Canada Nissan
This Dealership is very busy, I now know why, these guys are great. I love my vehicle and these guys will always get my business
Service department provides the required amount of service and are some what personal. Over level is not bad or good.
