Pickering Urgent Family Care

I have to say that I have been to this centre a few times. I have always found the staff respect and accommodating but unfortunately it is the dr's who put the staff in an awkward positions as they are never in the centre until an hour after it opens and by then the waiting room is packed of impatient patients who take it out on the administrative staff. Patients are less likely to take it out on the Dr's who are the problem, no the staff who try their.

I went for annual check up and they informed I have no family doctor now and they delisted me. This was my family doctor( Dr Diamond) from 9 yrs and now I am not there, without any reason. Ministry of health should check this how can they cancel family doctor without notifying and giving reasons. They are playing with health of individuals for their personal monetary benefits.

The receptionists are rude and not very helpful at this clinic. I called to check whether they had recieved some of my test results so I could go into the clinic to review them, the lady was rude and disrespectiful. I was not asking her to give me my test results, but simply wanting to know whether it was in the clinic or not before driving 40 minutes to their location. She said it was too much work for her to check and tell me.

i was inthis clinic afew days ago,i go to this clinic often it is close and i dont drive,the receptionist there are sooooo rude they were taking other walk ins ahead of me and another man the man went and asked nicely what was going on and she barked at him to go sit she would call him when they were ready,so i wwent up after 2 more ppl were called ahead of us i tell the girl i know for a fact they were walk ins and came in after us because i spoke to these ppl while waiting,she just looks at me like an idiot shrugs her shoulders and say i dont know and walks away as im talking,the whole time she is talking over me saying "why dont you just sit down" a woman came in with a 6 year old who was crying and fussing a bit,when this woman walked away the receptionist starting mocking her child and saying things to each other like "get her kid under control" "what a brat" and the blonde one said "he is not a baby,she should shut him up he is gonna give me a headache" they give preffered treatment and make fun of children i was disgusted,there is a blonde one there who is especially rude if you go this clinic i would stay close to the reception desk and see what they have to say about you!
