Worst Passport photo ever They took picture by students! and print it without asking and you MUST pay! and no return Garbage customer service

I find many staples stores vary between the respect employees have for their customers, but I found this location not so terrible, slow lines for checkout and for printing but thats all. I find the manager for the printing center there very nice and is very helpful.

This company never answers the phone. Any time after 4:00 pm not a single department will pick up a call (Copy and print, Technology, office supplies, or furniture). Best go somewhere else.

Bought a device from them. Not working with Android, when went to return, the told me the device S/N and Box S/N don't match. Melanie the manager talked very offensive like I am telling. Asked her if when I buy something from Staples should I open it there and check these things first, She told me "that's your choice. I can't educate you how to purchase things" . Will never go back to any Staples Stores again. If you want to buy from them, Open and Check All the things in front of Cash
