Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Did not tighten wheel nuts when they did a tire change. Offered us a free detail. The detailing was absolutely horrific.

Most unprofessional and incompetent dealership in the GTA. Save yourself time and money and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I've never seen a dealership as unprofessional as this one. The salesmanger, some small bald man, just stares at you when you walk in and when you're making an offer. The dealer will add fees and tax inflating the price of the car $3-4k more than advertised. Don't even think of making an offer on the price of the car after taxes and fee's, because apparently it's already a GREAT deal. The salesmanger was completely unprofessional when I made my offer, and acted extremely belligerent.

Excellent Service

Over the weekend I took my car in to get its regular service, it was my first time at this location and I must say i WILL return. The staff was so helpful and eager to meet all my needs. Cody shared excellent knowledge about my 2011 RVR and the salesmen were all friendly towards my Husband and I. I look forward to going there again and I will refer my friends and family to them.

People were nice, helpful and very courteous!

Cody was great. He was very informative on my issues on the car and what had to be done. He also looked for my extended warrenty service that I could not find and was able to save me about $1000. I will go back to Cody the next time I need service.
