SST Basement Systems

Had the "best" most expensive $3000 sump pump from them installed in my parents house. We have had nothing but problems. The secondary pump went - the battery back up. The SST technician said they were having lots of problems with them. They wanted us to purchase an new battery and charger, but we did not need them as the previous one was still fine. With the constant issues and lack of after service we paid another contractor to replace the entire unit with something that would last.
