Victory Lube

My wife took our brand new car to Victory Lube. We have used this business many many times. After the oil change car began to run very rough. Thinking that the engine has problems we took it to the dealership because car is under warrenty. We discovered that Victory Lube over filled our oil.And improperly installed air filter. Its been 3 weeks now and yesterday we received a coupon for the amount we paid at dealership. Totally unsatisfactory

Terrible Experience at Victory Lube

Soon after my most recent oil change I noticed a slow drip under my vehicle,so I took it to a local mechanic who could not remove the plug since the threading was nonexistent. Once he removed the plug, the oil pan and gasket were both damaged beyond repair and would cost $500 to replace. This is not due to the history of my vehicle and Victory lube will not settle my claim I submitted. I will not be bringing my business back to them after this event and I recommend whoever reads this stays away.

I just had an oil change done there and it cost me $130!!! No wonder there was no wait to get it. You charged me $35 for a $10 filter and an extra $17 for oil??????? I will never go there again and ill make sure everyone I know, knows what the price is of an oil change at Victory Lube!!!
