A staple in the Canadian awards industry since 1963, Clearmount has been providing custom designed awards for corporations and organizations for decades.
In 1989, the business was purchased by Rosalind and David Plummer. Combining their talents for interior design and mechanical engineering, the couple was able to purchase the company.
“We actually got involved when some friends tried buying the company,” explains Rosalind. “They brought us in as professional advisors. Eventually, they got cold feet. However, the negotiations were so far down the road, and we had really become interested in the product, so we stepped in to buy Clearmount.”
