I would recommend to fix your car at this place. My car was not starting so I had it boosted and dropped off at this superior tire shop. Before I left I asked how much is a new battery and they quoted me $500 which seems reasonable. I also requested them to do a diagnosis and charge me for it because I did not want to take responsibility if it’s not the battery that was the root cause of my car not starting. Went in to get a tire censor replaced on my cadillac escalade yesterday only to find out the guy Steve who was working on my truck cut my tire due to him not paying attention while taking them off lucky the store manager who was very nice by the way replaced the tire right of way. Now today while driving on the same tire my center cap fell off. I'm going back to them tomorrow to see what they say!

8 Hours & Work Wasn't Done

Do you value your time? This shop doesn't, go somewhere else. I visited this shop for a seasonal tire change. Extra set of tires already on rims, swap them, that's it. I walked in at 8:15am and asked to get the service done. Sure, no problem, took my keys, left my phone number and they said they would call me when it was ready. At 1:15pm the work wasn't done and asked when. Told 3pm. 3:30pm I show up, car is still outside and not worked on. Lack of communication, honesty.
