It is the worst customer service experience I’ve had ever, not to mention the manager herself doesn’t know how to deal with customers, so one should not be surprised employees only nice to people that doesn’t look like them when they see one of their own (brown people) not only they misbehave, be rude to them, they speak among the staff in their native language without realizing that the customer actually do understand them and that’s not only rude that’s disrespectful and unacceptable..........
