Went in because of a migraine. Symptomatic when I got there (vomiting) receptionist laughed at me and made me feel awful because I could barely even see her. The clinic has music blaring, there were very strong perfume coming off the staff. I had to sit with my hat pulled down. Was brought to a room to see the doctor, asked if I could dim the lights, got very angry with me, berated me because it’s a hazard. Clinic is unable to recognize someone in distress. Their total ignorance=Patient suffers.
I liked this walk in clinic because it had short wait times. Went there a few times last year when I had a cold. Went this year in January for pregnancy test that came back positive- dr Ahmed was to refer me to a OB & told me they would call me back by that Friday with an appointment with a OB. didn't hear from them for 3 weeks, turns out he "forgot" to refer me/get appointment booked/give papers to the front desk. There was no history of me ever being there taking a pregnancy test. 6 thumbsdown
They are always helpful and so fast. I went here today after a terrible experience at the Court Street clinic, where I waited for an hour and a half without managing to see the doctor. Got on a bus and went here instead, was seen within 10 minutes, got the prescription I needed, and was able to pick it up from the pharmacy there in another 3 minutes. Should have just gone here in the first place.
