Messaged Todd got no response. Then called and he said he forgot to get back to me but after he gets his car fixed he would come out in the afternoon. Waited around all day, never came, never called. Messaged to ask if he works Saturdays, said he could and set time for 9am. Waited til 11am and texted him. No response! I am baffled! I see I'm not alone here.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! And to boot you have to give at least 1 star.... 0 stars is my true rating!

We called for a mice problem we had in our garage. They came and put down a few balls of poison for the mice. No follow up and no searching for a point of entry. When the mice didn't go away we called again, with no answer. We called the office, cell numbers listed and left numerous emails with the addresses listed on their website. They have a 4 month guarantee and did not honor it. We were promised an etransfer refund, due to them never returning our calls and have still not received one.

WARNING- DO NOT hire this company. Not professional, unreliable, whatever "product" they use does not work. No problem to take your money though. Todd has a great pitch "we always get our kill", "3 month guarantee", but it is a LIE. I have not had a worse experience ever with a company. Contacted him within the "3 months" and he would not even return our messages. Finally told us our house has problems. Really? That's why we called you! HORRIBLE. GO ELSEWHERE. You've been warned.

horrible waste of $200. rats came back and we called and called with no response. finally he showed up without warning and sealed some areas he missed but all he uses is spray Foam which rats chew thru and makes a mess of our home. 3 months later and rats are back and conveniently no warranty. my friend was visiting and clearly identified areas where rats could come in which was never mentioned or sealed from Todd. very disappointed we wasted our money. cannot recommend this company at all.

An awful experience. First appointment talked too much and worked too little. Second appointment never showed up. I called and re-schedule never showed up. I called again and again and again - never returned my call. Plus infestation continues. I would recommend a more experienced and professional service provider.
