Strange is how i word this. On trying to enter the store we were told no one is allowed in as he had suffered earlier with covid and he didnt like people going in coughing/sneezing/spitting on his items or him. Wierd but ok , went to put my item on his sign to show him what I wanted done , he said is there something wrong with what I said you look mad..I looked at him as he backed away from me , wondering how I was to show him anything . Then finally said yes am not comfotable now .He got mad

The owner is a very honest and forthright guy. There have been a number of occasions where I have brought in a shoe, and he has suggested that even though he could fix it, that would not be in my best interests due to the condition of the shoe. I have been very impressed with his work, and the repair lasted longer than the original shoe.
