Open late had to spend a lot of time at the fairview mall waiting to be served decided to search for a new place online and read about fjs they are very friendly staff and helpful with questions family oriented atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Was passing by and decided to stop in, best decision I have ever made! Before coming to Fj's I was using a older android called Rome but Fj's helped me adjust to a new phone that fits my needs! So happy with my new Samsung S5 and they also guidedd me in how to set up my very own Facebook and Twitter account. Excellent Service!

By far the BEST place in the city to find reasonable prices and valuable products. I have the One plus One phone and I am not very high tech, I was shopping around for a nice case to keep my phone protected, and the lady at Fj's not only had the ideal case to protect my phone but she was so caring she threw in a free screen protector just so I wouldn't break my screen in the long run. I recently had my iPhone unlocked was quick and easy. I was really worried about the price of the unlocking so I phoned around and I got similar quotes nearby but the lady on the phone insured their quality in service and she wasn't wrong, I left very satisfied. They also gave me great tips for my phone, very knowledgeable staff. Great service definitely will recommend to friends and family!

I called to get a price for a phone screen repair. The women who picked up assumed I was somebody else who has been calling for prices in the past and was very rude. The lady snapped at me "I have told you before we do not do prices over the phone" then hung up without letting me even speak. I called back to inform her I wasn't who she thought I was and she tried to explain that I sound just like this women and how annoying it is that she is in the middle of stuff having to pick up the phone.
