Krown Rust

The owners and workers are all super nice people and do a thorough job.You can even watch through the many windows if interested or want to see the progress on the car. They are ALWAYS on time and clean the vehicle nicely when done ... Recently I had the underside of the car pressure washed to clean it up a little for the mechnices installing some new body mounts and everyone was amazed at how rust free it was (done since day one...). If you want your vehicle to last this is the place...

This was my first time to Krown for an oil spray and they were very nice and friendly! I arrived earlier then my appointment and they took my car in right away! Nice extra bonus was getting a scratch card because of having CAA and getting $25 off my treatment. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to give my perspective because I saw a couple of negative comments. I don't wish to minimize their experiences at all. However, I have dealt with Krown for probably 10 years now and bring several vehicles each year. The owners are hard working and they do a good job. I haven't had a complaint for them to date.

Terrible coustumer services from the women at the front desk. She is so rude and disrespectful that I would not be back next year. I don't know what she think she is but you are not the only one who offer this service. She is going to drive away your coustumer. She talk to you down like you are stupid and as son you walk out she stars talking about you. I know because I sat there for about an hour waiting for my vehicle I could go on but I said enough. I'll be going where my business appreciated

I am business owner who has a large work truck, I spoke with Krown and scheduled an appointment for Family day Holiday as it doesn't interfere with my business. They cancelled this the day before and we re-scheduled for the Saturday at 11:30am. I showed up 10 mins early for the appointment only to find that they had closed early.
