Mandarin Restaurant est un établissement chaleureux. L'atmosphère de ce restaurant est décontractée. Profitez d'un buffet. L'accès est aisé par transport en commun et vélo, ainsi que par voiture. Ils sont idéalement placés dans un endroit coloré reconnu pour sa vie nocturne et son historique.
Horrible service! No good at all, atleast have some employees that know english. Thehey took my plates away a couple times when i said "no". They would just smile and nodd. Not nice at all. Also the food is dry and thick, the buffet isn't watched closely, empty trays. As well tre were fruit flies everywhere around salad table. I thought it would be nice after waiting for years for a Mandarin to come into St.Catharines but with this kind of service and food quality i dont think it was even a good idea for them to come in after all. Just because its new and big doesnt mean it has the food quality and service that we all would expect from a Mandarin. The prices are still the highest and isn't backed up by its food. I still prefer other Chinese Resturants in our region.
