Doctor was great,receptionist seemed a bit out to lunch

love this doctor! only thing i would change is they dont answer phones till afternoon, hard to cancel if your sick.

I have an appointment with Dr. Pirbhai for 9:20 and i am trying to get a hold of them to cancel my appointment because I am sick. This is really unfair for all patients who doesn’t have enough money to pay for that stupid cancellation charges! The receptionist has to be in charge answering phones!! This is ridiculous!

Just because the office is open phones are not answered. Tuesday and Thursday they don't answer until 2pm. Hard to cancel appointments and not be charged for them if no one is answering the phone in the morning. I have an appointment for 2:10 pm but can't get a hold of anyone because there is no one to answer the phone. Maybe an answering service would be the best bet so people aren't charged for missed appointments because the office is open but not answering their phone. Just a suggestion.
