Take 5 Oil Change

They didnt top up other fluids after advising that they did on my paperwork. Pretty terrible if you spending money on semi-sythentic and optional services.

Took Bmw here, they spilt oil on a belt, while driving home from this location, power steering went, motor overheated, could have destroyed my engine. Rookie mistake. They haven’t even taken responsibility when my mechanic has the belt to prove it.... not recommended unless you want a huge repair bill after paying 120 for an “oil change”. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Great service and a helpful and knowledgeable crew.

They told me they couldn't change my air filter because they couldn't unscrew it, another place changed it no problem, told my fiancé they couldnt change his oil filter because they couldn't unscrew it and charged him for the oil change, never going back

Unreal People, Unreal Business

The service is unbelievable, if you don't know anything about your vehicle, they will tell you that you need this and you need that... you'll end up spending a lot of money! I would never recommend this place. Or you can go and be ready to report them to the "Better Business Bureau".
