Just Service

We had a technician come out, charge for an assessment, another technician come out, replace a part, only to learn that the issue we were having with our dishwasher wasnt resolved. When we called to inquire about the issue, the woman working at Just Service, Linda, who refused to give us her last name, hung up on us three times. She also refused to give us the name of the manager and repeatedly got frustrated with us on the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I could go on...

REPEATED SERVICE APPOINTMENTS .. ICE MAKER STILL LEAKING!!!!

New maytag fridge - "Just Service" has now been out 3 times to fix a leaking ice maker!!! Wrong parts.. forgot the parts... you need more food in your freezer etc etc!!!! It is still leaking!!! This morning I woke up to a huge puddle on the floor - wood floors are now damaged!!! 7 days until they can come have a look again...PATHETIC!!! The worst service you can imagine. Not only will they not solve your issue, but may damage your home in the process.

Every rude customer service staff

I had a issue with my KitchenAid dishwasher under warranty. 'Just Service' came to repair dish washer. On the first visit the technician changed the sensor and left saying the problem would be fixed. Next day we have the same problem and Just service came second time to look at the problem. Second technician said the first technician did not reset the error code which was causing the problem. So he reset the error code and the machine and ran some test. Then he filed an incorrect report.

Technician came the next day after calling in and was in uniform with a labelled truck. This is important to me as I am a young woman and was alone at the time. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong and why my dryer broke. He had the part i needed in his truck and since he has repaired my dryer the unit has worked better than ever!!! THANK YOU!!

Upon reading the below review I decided it was time for everyone to know the truth about Just Service . I have used them numerous times , for many different appliances. I was recommended the first time I used them to fix my Maytag Duet washing machine. I have 3 children under 5 yrs old and laundry is a daily ritual, without my washer I was lost. The customer service rep who answered my call was the sweetest woman I have ever spoken to. My unit is a stackable so I too needed 2repair men to fix. I unlike the person who posted the last review have patience! I understand that parts do not magically appear and must be ordered and yes I would have to wait for my parts. I also understand that they only have 2 men available to come on certain days of the week. The part finally came in and the technicians who came were the nicest gentlemen. I can't thank them enough for their fabulous workmanship and friendliness. If it was my dishwasher I would just do the dishes in the sink like we did before dishwashers.

I bought a dishwasher from homedepot and it came absolutely broken, so I had to go threw just service to "fix" it. they have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life ! this company didn't show up when they where suppose to and showed up when they weren't. I had a repair man come to look at it to tell me the entire tub had to be taken off and replaced. I booked a time a week in advance just to wake up the day of for them to tell me they couldn't come because they need to people to do the job. after the 2 'fixed' it they told me he didn't report the 2 sets of wheels we needed for the inside. I had to wait another week for them to mess up dates of when they were dropping them off just to go pick them up myself. so after 2 months of trying to get this is 'fixed' we turn it on and it floods our house ! I call to talk to the manager about our horrible experience and he is very rude, try's to blame whirlpool and didn't care about our situation and mouths me off. not only could our house have been completely damaged so could the people living under us. they could be liable for all of this and the manager didn't even seem to blink. I strongly advice to stay far far away and save your self the time, effort and frustration. the lady on desk didn't know to book appointments, the man inspecting barley checked it out and the repair man left the motor unbolted causing a flood. this company is a joke and I can not believe they are still in business.
