H&R Block Year-Round Service - Lasalle Court Mall

Terrible client service......very disappointed with their knowledge as we were in the cubicle the manager came in and interrupt to say the case worker was here to sit in while the gentlemen was doing our taxes....very unprofessional and a little sketchy to having a manager sitting in on his work...

Worst customer service. Waited an hour in the lobby then an extra hour in the block. The guy told me how much money I was receiving then realized he made a mistake. Turns out I'm bear ly receiving any and I have to come the next day . RIDICULOUS! And nobody ever apologized. Not inspressed
