Great and fun way to work out, facility is clean and staff is super friendly and helpful! They are there every step of the way and super motivational.

I joined ILKB over a month ago, the best decision ever! The workout is fantastic, the staff are warm welcoming and motivating . I would highly recommend this facility, I have lost 10 pounds in a month and have never felt better.
