I’m new to Thorold. I needed attention for an abscess, which only requires a prescription for antibiotics. They told me to go to the Hospital, and wait 8 hours to see a doctor. It’s a shame when health care is turned into welfare for the doctors,who have become too important to treat people that need assistance. It’s not like an antibiotic prescription is brain surgery is it?

By far the best practice I have ever been to and it’s been 10 years. Referred a friend as well and thanked me as he is very pleased

Worst business practise I have ever been apart of. They show zero concern with patients issues as well as total lack of respect when confronted with an error they made. They have set my life back month by being a sham of a doctors office. I highly suggest looking else where for doctors because these people are rude and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENCE.
