I would rate ABA Dental with zero stars if that were possible. I haven’t been back since I was left with a jagged botched crown molar. Two years later a 230$ bill was mailed my way. When asked for the billing breakdown they said they didn’t have it. I spent a year with this dental clinic and experienced some of this most horrible customer service, rude administrative staff, and chaotic filing, payment and computer systems. Their policy is to take an overpayment and then reimburse you later!

Everyone seems pleasant. The service is very fast and when I got a needle I didn’t even feel it.

Top Notch! The BEST dentist, BEST facilities, all the BEST equipment. Thunder Bay should be very happy to have Dr. MAO & ABA Dental Clinic in this town. My wife and I are very happy, we've been their patients are years.
