Kelly is a very personable person.. however she is NOT reliable what so ever. I gave her my dress 9 months before my wedding and having her be unresponsive to most messages come the new year (2018). I would go days, weeks, and even months before I would hear a response, and that was only when I said I was concerned. 3 months to my wedding she bailed out on me keeping my deposit telling me shes done enough work to it to cover that cost. She WRECKED my dress I had to buy a new one..not happy at al

Kelly did a great job altering my wedding gown. The dress had been taken in twice from another seamstress who unfortunately didn't do a good job. Kelly fixed the mistakes done to my dress from the previous seamstress. Gave me a beautiful bustle and made me feel great in my dress again. Her prices are really reasonable and she makes sure the job is done right!

Got my wedding dress altered here, I didn't get it until 7pm the night before my wedding due to her procrastination. It still had a bit of "bunching" in the back (not terribly noticeable, but still shouldn't have been there at all). Also, my bridesmaids had to lint roll the inside of my dress since there were threads all in the crinoline. She was friendly and charged me diddly squat for the mass amount of alterations, but it still wasn't worth the stress.

She was closed when I showed up for appointments, she was rude, gossiped and complained about other clients, and the dress she made for me was not finished when I picked it up. I was at her shop until 2am the night before I left for my huge awards show, and then I picked my dress up from her house on the way to the airport the next morning. When I arrived at my destination and tried it on, I was devastated. There were holes in the seam, it was too big, not lined, and not the right silhouette.

Grandesign is, in fact, grand! Not only is Kelly an amazing seamstress but her customer service is phenomenal! I recommend her store to everyone looking for alterations, jewelry, scarves, etc.
