Whoever submits a bad review of this business must have serious personal issues themselves. Maybe you’re the problem. I have been dealing with K&A for years. They have always been nothing less than totally courteous, helpful and professional. Excellent service. Hats off to all the staff.
Poor customer service by female cashier. It's just common courtesy to ask the customer before transaction goes through. Was followed out by cashier and she had strong words for arguing. Waste of breath, and cant ask the customer a simple question. The customer is always right. Will not take my business there ever again. Boo!
